The Saudi Indian Healthcare Forum (SIHF), Jeddah Chapter, successfully held a Blood Donation Camp on 19th October at the International Medical Center (IMC), Jeddah.
The event began with a welcome address by Dr. Jemshith Ahmed, General Secretary of SIHF Jeddah, followed by an introduction to the importance of blood donation by Dr. Iqbal Musani, Vice President of SIHF Jeddah.
The keynote address was delivered by Mr. Mohammed Abdul Jaleel, Consul Haj at CGI Jeddah, who highlighted how blood donation saves lives and strengthens community bonds.
During the felicitation ceremony, Mr. Qadar Zada, COO of IMC, and Dr. Ahmed Wasay Shaikh, Registrar of Clinical Pathology at IMC, honored key participants for their valuable contributions. Tokens of appreciation were given to all the donors and contributors.
Dr. Faheem Rahman, Treasurer of SIHF Jeddah, concluded the event with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all the participants and supporters.
Following the formal function, many volunteers enthusiastically participated in the blood donation session.
Executive committee members, including Dr. Mujiburahman, Dr. Kavita Manuswamy and the coordinator Muhammed Sabith led the program.
